When Newark NJ police officers got to the site of the shooting, they found three young children inside the home.
The suspect, who is from East Orange NJ, is also accused of strangling a 21-year-old woman to death at a home located on Stratford Place in Newark, NJ. When police officers went to the residence, they found the victim’s body bent over a bathtub in the bathroom.
Newark police also discovered a five-month-old baby inside a closet at the residence.
The suspect was eventually apprehended by law enforcement. He has been charged with three counts of murder and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.
